Who Gave What Privacy Policy

Who Gave What: Medicine Log is made by Love, Cole LLC. We don’t collect, store, sell or share any of your personal information. The app has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no third-party code, and it never sends your information to us.

Where your log lives

The children’s names, the medicines, doses, temperatures, symptoms and notes you enter are kept on your devices and, when you’re signed in to iCloud, in your own iCloud account, which Apple runs under its own privacy policy. What you enter is stored encrypted in iCloud. Love, Cole can’t see any of it. Your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and widgets all read from the same place.

Sharing a log

When you share a log, anyone who has the invite link can join it, so send the link only to people you want in. Everyone who joins can see every child in your log and their entries, and can add to them unless you make it view only. Entries show the name each person types in. You can stop sharing, or remove someone, at any time. Everyone in a shared log needs an iPhone or iPad signed in to iCloud.

On your device

Alerts and reminders are scheduled on your device. The Lock Screen, widgets and Apple Watch show what’s already in your log. Siri requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms.

Purchases

Who Gave What Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple handles payment, and we never see your payment details.

Deleting your information

You can delete any entry, medicine or child in the app, or delete everything in Settings › Delete All Data. Deleting from a log you share removes it for everyone in it. Leaving a log someone shared with you removes it from your devices and leaves theirs in place. You can also delete the app, then delete its data in Settings › [your name] › iCloud.

Children

The app is for parents and caregivers. It doesn’t collect information from anyone, including children.

Who Gave What is a log. It never suggests what to give, how much, or when. Follow the label and your doctor.
